Ioakeim Delimitrou is a Political Scientist from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master’s student in European Youth, Entrepreneurship, Education, and Culture Policies at the University of Macedonia. He is actively involved in youth and civil society organizations, serving as Vice President and Project Manager of the UNESCO Youth Club of Thessaloniki and Secretary General of the Young European Federalists in Greece. He is also a founding member of the Thermi Youth Council and part of the EUSYP Think Tank research team, focusing academically on European youth policies.
Eleni Mpotsa

Eleni Botsa is a fourth-year student of the Department of International and European Studies at the University of Macedonia. What defines her is a keen interest in human rights advocacy. For this reason, she has attended a plethora of seminars, such as the series of seminars within the “Enhancing the Debate about Intercultural Dialogue, EU Values and Diversity” program by Jean Monnet and UNESCO, focusing on intercultural diversity. Additionally, she has participated in a virtual trial program organized by the Research Unit “European Policies and Democracy,” addressing personal data protection issues.
Marios Pachidis

Marios Pachidis is a fourth-year student of the Department of International and European Studies of the University of Macedonia. He is a member of civil society organizations, especially those related to skills development and information to the youth, such as InfinityGreece and UNESCO Youth Club of Thessaloniki. In the first case he holds the role of columnist, press release writer, interviewer, and team leader of the blog team, while in the second case he works as an Assistant Project Manager. He was also a columnist for the opinion and news website Pnyka Press and the international affairs website IR101. Finally, he has participated in models (simulations) of international and regional organizations that focuse on topics such as international security, diplomacy, and human rights (THESSISMUN, RHODESMRC and ARCMUN).
Euterpi Kastaniotou
Euterpi KastaniotouJunior Researcher
Euterpi Kastaniotou has completed her university studies in Nursing in Sparta. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Relations at the University of Macedonia, specializing in Strategic Studies and International Politics. During her academic journey, she successfully completed her internship at the Hellenic Institute of Cultural Diplomacy with excellent performance. She also works as a researcher at the UNESCO Youth Club in Thessaloniki and volunteers with the Mercury Negotiation Academy. Additionally, she has an exceptional command of English at a professional level, enabling effective communication and collaboration internationally. In recent years, she has gained valuable work experience as a flight attendant, developing strong skills in customer service and communication.
